How to Participate
Step 1: create a video
1. Video duration limit: 30s~4min.
2. Video ratio limit: 16:9
*The video should be S3: Submertide-related and should be your own video. If you use clips or parts of others' videos, please make sure you get their permission.

Step 2: publish the video from your personal YouTube channel
