Since the opening of the Soul Knight Prequel server, we have consistently upheld the principle of providing fair and impartial service to every player. Our commitment is to maintain a healthy and equitable gaming experience and environment for all players.

We solemnly declare that Soul Knight Prequel strictly prohibits the use of any plug-ins, modifiers, charging, unpacking, selling resources, and third-party tools that violate the game's health and fairness. Player accounts found in violation of these rules will face penalties.

Any unofficial services involving direct payments, such as charging for Fish Chips and gems, or modifying account data, archives, and equipment values on behalf of players, are considered serious violations of our policy. We strongly oppose the sale of illegally modified accounts and third-party tool trading services. We have observed illegal activities, including the sale of data modification accounts and third-party tools. We remind all players not to engage in the purchase of illegal account services and third-party tools. Accounts verified as violating these rules will be promptly and firmly penalized, with the affected player being barred from participating in this season's provings leaderboard. They will be unable to receive this season's ranking rewards and will lose access to online functions for the season. We will not entertain any applications from accounts that has been banned, such as cancellation and refund requests, will not be accepted. The owner or user of the offending account will be held responsible for all damages resulting from the offense, and we will not provide compensation. We reserve the right to pursue any legal responsibilities.

Q：I lent my account to a friend to play, and my friend's actions caused me to be banned, not me breaking the rules, can I unblock it?

A：No. Our penalty is for the offending account, and we are unable to unblock the account, especially since the offending behaviour of the account has caused a bad experience for other players who are playing normally. We urge all players to refrain from sharing accounts to avoid unnecessary losses.

Q：I purchased a game account from a third party and the account was banned, I didn't break any rules, can I unban it?

A：No. We explicitly prohibit players from buying and selling game accounts, and the account you buy will only be blocked if you have violated the law. We recommend that players register their own game accounts to experience the game, do not commit any violations, and do not buy game accounts of unknown origin on the second-hand market.

Q：Are there any additional penalties for lifting a 1-day or 7-day banned game account?

A：In addition to the banning penalties, the following penalties will be applied to the penalised game accounts:

1. The penalised account will not be able to get the ranking rewards for this season;

2. The punished game account is prohibited from participating in the season's leaderboard.
