To ensure a fair and healthy gaming environment in Soul Knight Prequel, we strictly prohibit the use of third-party tools, including plug-ins, modifiers, and unauthorized data unpacking.

Prohibited Activities

We strictly monitor and penalize the following:

Third-Party Services: Unauthorized top-ups (fish chips/gems) or purchasing resource-selling services.
Data Manipulation: Modifying account data, equipment values, or other game data.
Illegal Trading: Buying or selling modified accounts and third-party tools.

Penalties for Violations

Accounts confirmed to be in violation will face the following actions:

Leaderboard Ban: Immediate removal from the current season's Provings Leaderboard.
Reward Forfeiture: Loss of all seasonal ranking rewards.
Multiplayer Restrictions: Disabling of all multiplayer functions for the remainder of the season.
No Refunds: We will not process refund or cancellation requests for banned accounts.

Players are solely responsible for any losses incurred through these violations. We reserve the right to pursue further legal action where necessary.

Q: My friend used my account and got it banned. Can I get it unbanned since I wasn't the one breaking the rules?

A: No. Penalties are applied to the account itself, regardless of who was using it. Because the account's behavior negatively impacted the community, the ban will remain in place. We strongly advise players never to share their accounts to avoid these situations.

Q: I bought an account from a third party and it was banned. Can I have it unbanned since I didn't break the rules?

A: No. Trading accounts is strictly prohibited. If a purchased account is banned, it is because illegal or prohibited activities were detected on that account. We recommend that all players register their own accounts and avoid purchasing second-hand accounts of unknown origin.

Q: Are there additional penalties for accounts that receive a temporary (1-day or 7-day) ban?

A: Yes. In addition to the suspension period, penalized accounts will face the following restrictions:

Reward Forfeiture: You will be ineligible to receive any ranking rewards for the current season.
Leaderboard Exclusion: Your account will be prohibited from participating in or appearing on this season’s leaderboards.
Multiplayer Restrictions: You will not be able to join or host any multiplayer games for the current season.
