SS6 | Season Transition Notes & Balance Changes

Ⅰ. Season Transition
1.1 Timeline
SS5 ends on February 7, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC+8). Note: This also ends the SS5 Order Medallion and Provings Leaderboard.
SS6 starts on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). Note: The new Order Medallion and new Gachapon skins will unlock at this time, and the SS5's Season Finale + Taixu skins will be removed by then.
1.2 Rewards
In SS6, the Carnelian rank threshold remains 400 floors, consistent with the previous season. Select maps in the Proving Grounds will continue to feature the Voidlands environment. Additionally, when your seasonal character reaches certain floors in Proving Grounds, you'll be rewarded with 2 Einheri skins, which are Silver Bullet: Froxica and The Observer: Abystella.
Rank rewards can be claimed via: Main menu → Core Events → Season Certificate
Note: Trophies for the SS5 Provings Leaderboard will be distributed via in-game mail after the SS6 launches.
1.3 Item Carry-Over
In SS6, storage for seasonal characters starts with 3 unlocked pages; from page 4 onward, gems are required to unlock. SS5's storage pages will be merged into the permanent ones, and all items will be inherited.
Ⅱ. New Status Effects
- Voltcharged: Increases Shock Damage dealt by X%, stacking up to X times and lasting for Xs.
- Gelid: Increases Cold Damage dealt by X%, stacking up to X times and lasting for Xs.
- Blighted: Suffers X% increased Poison Damage, stacking up to X times.
- Scorched: Suffers X% increased Fire Damage for Xs.
- Bladeheart: Increases physical damage dealt by X%, stacking up to X times and lasting for Xs.
- Lambent: Increases Light Damage dealt by X%, stacking up to X times and lasting for Xs.
- Darksurge: Increases Dark Damage dealt by X%, stacking up to X times and lasting for Xs.
Ⅲ. New & Revamped Drops

Ⅳ. Tempering Transfers
In SS6, upon reaching Level 60, you can transfer tempered affixes and forgeability to another piece of Prime equipment of the same slot. The tempered stats will be removed from the original equipment. Transfer consumes Essence, which is obtainable from the Grand Blue.

Ⅴ. Features & Systems Changes
5.1 Dreadmarch
Dreadmarch will remain in SS6, with leaderboard and chest rewards adjusted for the new season.
5.2 To Glory
To Glory will remain in SS6.
5.3 Proving Grounds & Eidolons
Plumes and Eidolic Signa drops will be removed from SS6. That being said, Proving Grounds no longer requires tickets, and starring up an Eidolon no longer consumes Eidolic Signa. However, it is advised that you keep them for now for future use!
5.4 Pet
Thalassian VarE can be obtained from hatching Champion Eggs.
5.5 Sacred Souls
- Random Sacred Soul Giftpacks will be available for seasonal characters only, which can't be shared between permanent and seasonal characters. Upon the launch of the season, a compensation email will be sent to your mailbox that contains Sacred Afterlight x200 and Valhallan Goldplume x50.
- Additionally, the limit of Sacred Soul Power will be raised to 900, while the Sacred Soul level will be raised to 150.
5.6 Gear Related
- Upon dismantling Prime equipment, you'll receive Prime Fragments.
- Volcanic Hephaestite now drops in Enigmine, Grand Blue, and Embers Trials.
- Insane gear drop mechanics are also adjusted in Helxar dungeons, meaning it'll be easier to obtain your class's Insane gear.
- Certain gear drops have been adjusted; please refer to the Codex for details.
5.7 Gear Chest & Potency Echo
- Equipment added to gear chests: Thundercalling Ring and Frostbound Hood.
- Equipment added to Potency Echo: Thundercalling Ring, Frostbound Hood, Chrono-lock Gear, and The Lacuna.
5.8 Misc.
- It will be easier to unlock difficulty 9 & 10 of Enigmine in SS6.
- Adjusted battle pass, Saga of Valor, and bounty quests.
- Added a batch of titles.
Ⅵ. Fatebounds
6.1 Elemental Synergy (Lv1/2/3)
Before: "Whenever you deal elemental damage of any type, your elemental damage for the other types is increased by 50%/100%/200% for 2s."
After: "Whenever you deal elemental damage of any type, your elemental damage for the other types is increased by 30%/60%/120% for 2s."
6.2 Balanced Body (Lv1/2/3)
Before: "Increases all resistances by 10%/20%/30% and the cap for all resistances by 5%/10%/15%. For each point of resistance that exceeds the cap, your Defense is increased by 1%/1%/2%."
After: "Increases all resistances by 10%/20%/30% and the cap for all resistances by 5%/10%/15%. For each point of resistance that exceeds the cap, your Defense is increased by 1%/1%/2%, up to 25%/50%/100%."
Ⅶ.Class Balance (Astral Mage)
7.1 Skill: Excantation: Stellachroma
Before: "You consume Negative Mana to unleash an attack of the opposite damage type to the last non-Excantation skill you've cast, and with 90% increased damage for the following effects: Cold-Heatspikes; Shock- Invoke Venom, and Dark -Radiant Nova."
After: "Consuming Negative Mana, you cast the inverted version of your previous skill: Icicles-Heatspikes, Invoke Thunder-Invoke Venom, Blizzard-Flamefall, Hyperspace Ram-Hyperblitz, Gaze of the Abyss-Gaze unto the Abyss, Starlight in the Everdark-Voidlight in the Stellamere; the total damage of these inverted skills is increased by 100%."
7.2 Astral Phenomena's New Effect
Enabling or disabling Astral Phenomena reverses your current mana and missing mana. While Astral Phenomena is active, entering a new area causes you to lose all mana instead of fully restoring it.
Ⅷ. New Eidolons
8.1 Silvermoon Artemis Eidolon (Support)
Ultimate talent: When no enemies are within range, you and your minions' projectiles deal X% more damage for secs. Defeating an enemy refreshes the duration.

8.2 Drakeprance Eidolon (Armor)
Ultimate talent: After defeating an enemy, you and your minions deal X% more AoE Damage for secs. This effect also triggers when dealing damage to a boss.
