SS7: Anno Arkana arrives on April 27. This season introduces a brand-new class Hellion, updates the Warliege with new specs and all, and adds Einheri skins for both classes (unlockable by reaching certain floors in the Proving Grounds).
I. A New Force Awakens: Hellion
Meet Hellion, another new direct-select class that can be unlocked without multiclassing. Hellion embraces a unique self-damage mechanic. Check the full breakdown of their skills below.


II. Warliege Reforged
The existing Prestige Class Warliege receives a fresh update of specs, Insane weapons, awakened skill, and sacred souls this season.


III. Balance Adjustments
1. Paragon
Adjusted Legendary effect of the Insane weapon Temple Caduceus:
- Before: While Blessing of Wisdom is active, the Blastwave deals Light Damage equal to 40/45/50% of its original damage plus Empyrean Hammer's damage, and is considered an Empyrean Hammer cast; in addition, the Blastwave contracts back to its origin point every 1s, up to 2 times. Calling down the Empyrean Hammer no longer deals Light Damage and removes any lingering Blastwave.
- After: While Blessing of Wisdom is active, the Blastwave deals Light Damage equal to 160/180/200% of its original damage plus Empyrean Hammer's damage, and is considered an Empyrean Hammer cast; in addition, the Blastwave contracts back to its origin point every 1s, up to 2 times. Calling down the Empyrean Hammer no longer deals Light Damage and removes any lingering Blastwave.
2. Heliomancer
Adjusted Legendary effect of the Insane weapon Backlite Shutter:
- Before: Flame shades of Pyroshade no longer explode upon absorbing Embers. Instead, they trigger Coronal Flare, increasing the total damage of all bombardments by 40/45/50%. When the shade returns, it increases max mana by 25, stacking up to 10 times and lasting for 5s.
- After: Flame shades of Pyroshade no longer explode upon absorbing Embers. Instead, they trigger Coronal Flare, increasing the total damage of all bombardments by 80/90/100%. When the shade returns, it increases max mana by 25, stacking up to 10 times and lasting for 5s.
3. Stormshaman
Adjusted Thunderous Strikes' specialization Harmonic:
- Before: When a thunderbolt or column of thunder directly cast by you deals damage, they've a(n) 30% chance to call forth a sprite of nature at the cost of 5 mana. Columns of thunder deal 180% increased total damage. (lvl 5)
- Buffed to: When a thunderbolt or column of thunder directly cast by you deals damage, they've a(n) 30% chance to call forth a sprite of nature at the cost of 5 mana. Columns of thunder deal 360% increased total damage. (lvl 5)
4. Assassin
Adjusted Mana Reaver's specialization Vortex:
- Before: Increases the damage of Mana Reaver by 150%. The slash will pull enemies together, triggering another slash when they are defeated. (lvl 5)
- After: Increases the damage of Mana Reaver by 350%. The slash will pull enemies together, triggering another slash when they are defeated. (lvl 5)
5. Shinobi
Adjusted Legendary effect of the Insane weapon Forsaken Blackspikes:
- Before: Shadowclone inherits an additional 10% Substat, with total damage increased by 16/18/20%. Shadowclone summoned through Shadowclone Jutsu: Throng is considered permanent but halved in number.
- After: Shadowclone inherits an additional 10% Substat, with total damage increased by 25/30/35%. Shadowclone summoned through Shadowclone Jutsu: Throng is considered permanent but halved in number.
6. Ranger
Adjusted Legendary effect of the Insane weapon Verdant Verse:
- Before: Scattershot’s base CD is increased by 100%, but upon critting, it has a(n) 15% chance to create a spinning Razorward blade that deals 35/40/45% increased total damage before returning to you instantly.
- After: Scattershot’s base CD is increased by 100%, but upon critting, it has a(n) 15% chance to create a spinning Razorward blade that deals 80/90/100% increased total damage before returning to you instantly.
7. Warliege
Adjusted Warcry's specialization Wrath:
- Before: You've a X% chance to gain Berserk as you let loose the battlecry, guaranteed when charged-up for the roar.
- After: Your Warcry grants Berserk, and Berserk is X% more effective.
Adjusted Bounding Shield's specialization Satellite:
- Before: The shield no longer ricochets but instead orbits you for Xs before returning, piercing enemies up to X times as it does so.
- After: Hurled shields no longer ricochet; instead, they orbit around you before returning, and can pierce X times or last for Xs; in addition, they deal X% more damage.
