Ranger's New Specs

In addition, the Ranger's [Scattershot - Exacting] specialization effect has been adjusted from:
"Fragments now deal Extra Piercing Damage instead of Extra Damage (Physical), but each fragment has a chance to not spawn at all."
to:
"Fragments of Scattershot now deal Piercing damage instead of Physical Extra Damage, and they deal more damage, but their spawn probability is reduced."
