Announcement | Adjustments & Compensation Regarding Recent Feedback

Dear Knights,
Recently, many of you have shared feedback about equipment acquisition, the handling of violating accounts, and adjustments to gameplay and rewards.
In response to your concerns, we have made the following adjustments and would like to update you on our latest enforcement actions:
I. Increased Drop Rate of Celesturgic Tier III Equipment
In response to feedback about the efficiency of obtaining Celesturgic Tier III equipment, we deployed a hotfix today that raises the drop rate of Celesturgic Tier III equipment in Pandora's Labyrinth. The change takes effect after you re-enter the game.
II. Stronger Penalties for Violating Accounts
To protect a fair seasonal environment, we have further strengthened the screening and handling of violating accounts and increased penalty severity:
On top of the existing cheat-marking mechanism (which prevents affected accounts from appearing on the current Season's Leaderboards), penalties for violations will now start at a minimum of 30 days. For accounts with severe violations and egregious impact, we will issue a permanent ban after verification. We will soon publish a batch of permanently banned accounts.

Going forward, we will continue reviewing the Leaderboards and violating accounts and seriously address any behavior that undermines fair play.
III. Re-opening of Trial of Embers & Added Daily Rewards
We have heard your feedback on the gameplay experience and resource acquisition after Trial of Embers was removed and some daily rewards were adjusted. In response, we have made the following changes today:
Re-open the Seasonal "Trial of Embers" mode.
Add 1 Tablet of Wish to the Daily Bounty Quests.
Add 2 Revive Coins to Flixmart – Bundle 1.We did not inform everyone about these adjustments in a timely manner, which caused confusion and inconvenience. For that, we sincerely apologize.
