Mid-Season Update Highlights for S1 Xandu
To provide everyone with a better gaming experience, we plan to update and adjust the game in the mid-season, including Class Balance Adjustments, New Helxar-touched Dungeon Difficulty, Gachapon Dispenser Prize Pool Refresh, and the introduction of new gameplay. The update is scheduled for March 7, 2024, at 15:00 (UTC+8), and will be implemented through a hotfix. Let's dive right into the details!
Chillstead Village Scene Transformation
As the early spring season arrives, nature awakens. The white snow melts away, making room for blooming flowers. The Chillstead Village scene will transition from "Winter" to "Spring." Are you ready to embrace new adventures?
Class Balance Adjustments
Based on the performance of each class in Season 1 Xandu, we've identified some classes in a weaker position. To ensure balance and playability across all classes, we are making adjustments to certain skills in this update.
I. Initial Classes
1. Pyromancer: Increased skill damage and Damage Reduction
(1) Damage reduction in "Pyroclad" increased from +10/+15/+20/+25 to +15/+20/+25/+30, and fire damage increased from 10%/20%/30%/40% to 15%/25%/35%/45%.
(2) Increased fire damage caused by "Conflagration" from 90%/120%/150%/180% to 120%/160%/200%/240%.
II. Prestige Classes
1. Pyroknight: Increased skill damage and reduced cooldown
(1) Increased fire damage caused by "Fireblade Ward" from 45%/60%/75%/90% to 60%/80%/100%/120%; reduced "Fireblade Ward" cooldown from 16s/14s/12s/10s to 15s/13s/11s/9s; also enhanced the rotation speed of "Fireblade Ward."
(2) Increased fire damage caused by "Scorching Breath" from 60%/80%/100%/120% to 75%/100%/125%/150%; increased fire damage of projectiles triggered by "Embers" from 50% to 60%.
(3) Increased fire damage caused by "Fiery Smite" from 120%/160%/200%/240% to 150%/200%/250%/300%.
2. Artillerist: Increased skill damage
(1) Increased the Fire Resistance reduction inflicted by "Pyrostigma" from -5 to -7.
(2) Increased damage multiplier of "Rapid Fire" from 60%/80%/100%/120% to 80%/100%/120%/140%.
(3) Increased fire damage caused by "Rain of Arrows: Geddon" from 60%/80%/100%/120% to 90%/120%/150%/180%.
(4) Enhanced the Magic Power bonus of "Blazing Alacrity." Increased the Dexterity-to-Magic Power conversion from +20%/30%/40%/50% to +30%/40%/50%/60% of the total Dexterity.
3. Elementalist: Increased skill damage
(1) Increased fire, cold, and shock damage caused by "Apophis Impact" from 350%/500%/650%/800% to 450%/600%/750%/900%.
(2) Increased the reduction of fire, cold, and shock resistance caused by "Elemental Polychromator" from -10/-15/-20/-25 to -15/-20/-25/-30.
4. Stormwarden: Increased skill damage
(1) Increased shock damage caused by "Thundersledge" from 60%/80%/100%/120% to 90%/120%/150%/180%, also enhanced the rotation speed of "Thundersledge."
(2) Increased shock damage caused by "Lancing Lightning" from 60%/80%/100%/120% to 90%/120%/150%/180%.
(3) Increased damage bonus when "Resolve" is at full in "Thunderous Determination." Cold damage increased from +20%/30%40%/50%" to +30%/45%/60%/75%, and shock damage increased from +20%/30%40%/50% to +30%/45%/60%/75%.
5. Farstrider: Increased skill damage, extended dodge incoming attacks duration
(1) Increased poison damage caused by "Rain of Arrows: Syl" from 48%/56%/64%/72% to 60%/70%/80%/90%, and increased the damage bonus per poison ailment, raised the damage multiplier based on an additional condition from 15% to 20%.
(2) Extended the duration of Dodge incoming attacks in "Frontload" from 0.25s to 0.35s.
New Helxar-touched Dungeon Difficulty 7-8
In this latest update, we've expanded the Helxar-touched dungeon difficulty levels: Difficulty levels 7 and 8. In these new levels, the enemy power and the Helxar corruption rate have increased. Additionally, the drop rates for cards will be boosted.
I. Difficulty 7
The corruption rate is higher compared to Difficulty 6, but the Cleansing meter gained is also increased. There's a 50% chance of encountering double bosses in the final stage, making the enemies more formidable!
II. Difficulty 8
The corruption rate sees a significant increase compared to Difficulty 6, but the Cleansing meter gained is also substantially higher. There's a 100% chance of encountering double bosses in the final stage, and all card drop rates within the level are increased by 50%.
Gachapon Dispenser Prize Pool Refresh
In this update, we are refreshing the prizes in the Gachapon Dispenser! New skinline: Celestial of the Sword, fresh home decor, and other items will be added to the Gachapon Dispenser's lineup. Old items will be taken down and won't be available for pulling.

At the same time, we are introducing two new bundles: the Initiate's Bundle of Xandu, and the Bundle of Eastern Edge. Here are the details:
1. Initiate's Bundle of Xandu
- Price: 120 Fish Chips
- Contains 10 Gachapon Coins and 100,000 coins
2. Bundle of Eastern Edge
- Price: 880 Fish Chips
- Contains 66 Gachapon Coins and 660,000 coins
Friendly reminder: After the update on March 7, 2024, the Happy Dragon Bundle and the Lucky Dragon Bundle won't be available for purchase.
Feature Enhancement: Sapphire Chest
To streamline the process of opening chests, we have optimized the Chest Merchant page. we've introduced a new feature for Sapphire Chests, allowing you to simultaneously open five chests. Additionally, after opening a chest, the items obtained will no longer drop to the ground; instead, they will go directly into your backpack.

Furthermore, we've added a new feature for Sapphire Chest items: one-click dismantle, making it easy to quickly clean up your backpack.

Friendly reminder: If your backpack is full when opening a chest, you will receive a prompt stating "Backpack is full." In such cases, items will drop to the ground, so please organize your backpack before opening chests.
Daily Invitation
Since the start of Season 1, players have shown a high demand for certain bosses. However, these bosses appear for a short and unpredictable period, leading to a less-than-ideal gaming experience. In this update, we introduce the "Daily Invitation" feature to address this issue.
Defeating a boss will drop an invitation (up to 3 per day). Upon obtaining an invitation, defeating any boss will record its name on the invitation. Each invitation can record up to 5 bosses (including duplicates).
You can use invitations to access special levels, where bosses are summoned based on the order recorded on the invitation. Challenge these bosses for more abundant rewards! Detailed information about the Daily Invitation will be provided in the future. Stay tuned!
